Silage baler machine structure:
Feed system: Convey various straw materials into the feed inlet of the bale wrapping machine.
Bundling System: The incoming biomass material undergoes compression and fixed-length processing before being bundled by the bundling mechanism to form cylindrical or conical items.
Film Wrapping System: The bundled materials pass through the film wrapping system, where a wrapping robotic arm wraps plastic film around the material surface to form a complete package.
Discharge System: The wrapped materials are discharged from the outlet.

Customers can set the number of layers for the film wrapping based on the desired ensiling duration. The enemies of film-wrapped ensiling are loose bales before wrapping and damage before feeding. Such damage will affect anaerobic fermentation, leading to mold and rot. Therefore, any damaged bales should be immediately sealed with transparent tape at the broken points.
